Eco-Polymer SP-2000R (liquid and paste)
We designed this 100% solids, no VOCs polymer coating to be a more economical and higher-performing alternative to coal-tar epoxies. This hybrid Novolac coating offers outstanding chemical resistance and excellent adhesion (in excess of 3000 psi). Offers excellent resistance against salt and brackish water, sewage, diluted mineral acids, salts, and alkalis. Ideal for water/waste management including water tanks, wet stations, wet wells, pipes (including concrete and ductile), manholes, lift stations, cooling towers, and basins. Also great for interior and exterior pipe linings or coatings. Available with KevlarR reinforcement and ceramic fill for wear resistance. Excellent adhesion under less-than-ideal conditions such as wet, corroded surfaces. The rubber additive provides good impact resistance and bridges micro-cracks. Adhesion characteristics allow it to bond to steel, concrete, and iron. Available as a liquid or paste (paste grade may be applied underwater). (Eco-Polymer Concrete Primer/Sealer SC-1100 is recommended on concrete surfaces.)

Eco-Polymer SP-2000M (liquid and paste)
This is the most wear-resistant product we offer! Due to its ceramic fill, this high-performance 100% solids hybrid Novolac coating offers outstanding impact resistance, chemical resistance, and long-term wear-resistance for concrete repair and restoration. Types of environments include damp metal or concrete surfaces requiring excellent protection from alkaline, salts, sewage, and diluted mineral acids. Typical applications include water/waste management including water tanks, wet stations, wet wells, pipes (including concrete and ductile), manholes, lift stations, cooling towers, and basins. SP-2000M has been engineered for areas with severe abrasion resistance with less than 24 mgs lost on ASTM-D-4060 tests. Its long-term wear resistance makes it ideal for chutes, slurry tanks, and other concrete or metal surfaces with severe abrasive environments. Available as a liquid or paste (paste grade may be applied underwater).

Eco-Polymer SP-2000W NSF
NSF/ANSI 61 certified for drinking water, this epoxy coating is ideal for commercial hot and cold water tanks, pipes, and storage tanks. Because it is 100% approved for potable water, this is the coating to use if you need to store or pipe drinking water in steel, concrete, or ductile iron. Applications include pipe coating, tank coating, and tank repair. Engineered with 100% solids, it contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or solvents and may be safely applied in confined areas.

Eco-Polymer SC-3300 (liquid and paste)
Offering a high cross-link density and ceramic-filled Novolac coating, Eco-Polymer SC-3300 provides superior, long-term chemical resistance in immersion service. The solids content and morphology make this industrial-strength polymer an excellent tank liner. This 100% solids sprayable industrial maintenance coating is ideal for concrete and metal surfaces such as pipe and tank coatings, secondary containment areas, and other areas where high chemical resistance is a must. Stands up to 98% sulphuric acid. Available as a liquid or paste. Dry service temperatures to 300 degrees F.

Eco-Polymer SC-5400 (liquid and paste)
A higher temperature version of SC-3300, this “industrial strength” epoxy coating offers superior chemical resistance as well as wear and abrasion resistance. Applications include ducts (including FGD), wet scrubbers, secondary containment, steel/concrete tanks, process vessels, and other concrete and metal surfaces requiring a coating to withstand elevated temperatures and severe chemical service. Dry service temperatures as high as 450 degrees F. Available as a paste or liquid.

Eco-Polymer Concrete Primer/Sealer SC-1100
Designed to seal concrete, this 100% solids low-viscosity Novolac primer strikes deep into the concrete! This primer mixes easily with sand to form a very strong repair material. Its slow cure rate makes it ideal for warm-weather applications. (Ask about our cold-weather varieties.) Plus, it may be applied to green concrete as young as seven days.

Crystal Lok® Concrete Waterproofing & Sealing
This water-based concrete penetrating sealer is specially formulated to waterproof, damp proof, seal, and keep the natural appearance and profile of Portland cement-based concrete, concrete blocks, mortar, gunnite, slabs, floors, subsurface vaults, basements, walls, roofs, pillars, pipe, sculpture, architectural structures, and statuary. Use Crystal Lok on concrete in any location where the seepage is not caused by cracking or other structural flaws.

FlexCoat Coating System
Engineered as ultra strong, flexible, and fast cure, our premium polyurethane system permits up to 1200% movement to bridge over cracks and joints and can be filled with various aggregates. Flexcoat bonds to concrete, metal, and wood and can be applied at any thickness from 40 mils to several inches. This superior skid-free membrane is ideal for patios, walkways, garages, boat decks, kennels, and many other applications.

Polyurethane Foam Grouts, SB-1500 Line and SB-1600 Line
Our water-activated, water-stop-foams expand up to 40 times. Use these water-stop-foams and injection sealants to stop gushing water; fill voids, hairline cracks, and joints; and use for soil stabilization. Accelerator adjustable gel time. Grades from rigid to very flexible. NSF approved.

Eco-Crete 451
We formulated this corrosion-resistant and chemical-resistant polymer specifically for field repairs of damaged concrete and metal in severe service such as airport runways, high-impact areas, and underwater dam spillways. Excellent for concrete and metal repair, this unique polymer compound is designed to be applied to wet or dry concrete or metal surfaces and incorporates Kevlar® reinforcement to withstand severe impact. An impact-resistant, fast-cure polymer, Eco-Crete 451 features strength of >15,000 psi (ASTM D 695) and cures quickly on horizontal applications. Available in pre-measured kits, this polymer is easy to mix and apply for concrete crack repairs.

Eco-Crete Lite
You can apply this easy-to-use, three-component system to repair damage on vertical walls or overhead areas, whether the surfaces are concrete or metal. Eco-Crete Lite incorporates an aggregate in conjunction with Eco-Prime SC-1100, which allows Eco-Crete Lite to strike into the substrate, providing excellent adhesion. Unlike conventional concrete patches, Eco-Crete Lite is extremely lightweight (perfect to trowel on overhead surfaces) and will not break loose from the surrounding concrete. In concrete wall repair and overhead applications, this polymer will not sag or slump. With a strength of > 6500 psi, Eco-Crete Lite is much stronger than normal concrete. Available in pre-measured kits, it’s easy to mix and apply.

Quickfix Polyurea, 6000 Line
Our Quickfix products offer fast and permanent crack, spall, and joint repair in addition to high-moisture tolerance and fast, low-temperature curing. Vertical and UV-resistant aliphatic formulations available. Available in bulk and cartridge systems. 10- to 15-minute drive-over time. Coal temperature cure from -20 degrees F to 130 degrees F. Eco-Floor 1500
An economical, fast-set hybrid epoxy floor coating with good UV stability, this 100% solids polymer offers great impact and wear resistance and excellent compressive strength, tensile, and elongation. Eco-Floor 1500 is ideal for concrete floor coatings for kitchens, food processing plants, showrooms, supermarkets, garages, airplane hangars, and more. The clear option is an excellent topcoat for stained concrete. FDA-approved for food-handling areas.

Eco-Floor 1500 Non-Shrink Grout
This economical, non-shrink, concrete grout bonds more effectively than cementitious grout. Eco-Floor 1500 Non-Shrink Grout is the perfect product for concrete floor repair to ensure it is uniform in color, seal, and wear resistance. Excellent for concrete patching, mix with sand and epoxy to repair concrete spalls, then coat with 10 mils of Eco-Floor 1500 to extend the service life of the floor. The mixed material can be applied by pouring directly into a crevice, or pour it over the damage area and spread with a squeegee. Minimum adhesion is 2850 psi (concrete failure, no delamination). Compressive strength is 9440 psi.

Eco-Floor 2000R
This high-solids epoxy coating for industrial floors is ideal for harsh environments such as wastewater/sewage facilities, industrial floors with high traffic areas, shop floors that must withstand heavy equipment (such as forklifts), and even breweries! Eco-Floor 2000R is formulated with a rubber additive, which provides additional impact resistance and bridges micro-cracks. May be applied to damp surfaces and provides excellent protection from alkalis, sewage, and other diluted mineral acids. This “industrial strength” polymer offers excellent impact and chemical resistance for concrete and metal surfaces.

Eco-Floor 3300
A durable, tough, ceramic coating, Eco-Floor 3300 is engineered for concrete and metal floors requiring superior long-term chemical resistance such as aircraft hangars, service garage floors, driveways, and automotive show rooms. Resistant to gasoline, jet fuel, diesel fuel, and other petroleum products, Eco-Floor 3300 is the ideal choice for harsh industrial floor environments, chemical environments, and secondary containment areas. In addition, this polymer coating serves as an excellent tank liner for solutions up to 98% sulphuric acid.

Polyacrylate Gel, 2000 Line
This hydrophilic poly-acrylate gel is ideal for soil stabilization, curtain/grid-injection, and to seal pores in grout and block.

Eco-Polymer EC-306
This synthetic rebuild and repair material for metal parts and surfaces is machinable. It has a smooth spreadable consistency, which makes it easy to apply. Eco-Polymer EC-306 is most often used in steel tank repair but is also well suited to rebuilding a variety of damaged metal surfaces such as tube sheets, shafts, and bearing housings.

Eco-Polymer EC-310
This rugged, ceramic-filled repair-and-wear compound is specially formulated for metal surfaces in severe environments. Eco-Polymer EC-310 offers superior abrasion resistance and tolerates less-than-optimal conditions. The EC-310 product line offers several varieties including fast set, cure in very low temperatures, cure in very high temperatures, added impact resistance, and lower coefficient of friction.

Eco-Polymer EC-330
Thanks to its ceramic-filled and UHMW-filled compound, this epoxy coating for metal provides a high-slip surface with increased impact resistance. Eco-Polymer EC-330 is ideal for a wide variety of applications including chutes, transition areas, loader buckets, dump beds, hoppers, and other metal surfaces.

Eco-Polymer Rust Converter
This high-grade, two-part epoxy features anti-corrosion resistance fillers and can be used in any environment as an anti-rust protective coating. Apply over manually prepared surfaces to provide a primer or apply as a top coat for corroded areas where blasting is not allowed. Eco-Polymer Rust Converter can be easily applied by brush or roller to achieve a 4-10 mils dry film thickness. This 100% solids two-part epoxy, non-flammable, anti-corrosion resistant material is perfect for marine applications, piers, pipes, etc. The non-flammable characteristic enhances safety during the application process.

Ultra-Flex 5000 (liquid and paste)
Waterproof and seal your entire floor with this elastomeric product, an ideal industrial containment and maintenance coating for metal, concrete, and asphalt surfaces. This ecologically friendly formula is a liquid, two-component, asphaltic polyurethane containing reclaimed polymers, carbon black, anti-oxidants, UV stabilizers, and anti-ozonates from recycled tires. Ultra-Flex 5000 cures to form a waterproof membrane that will adhere to steel, wood, concrete, OSB, ICF, and most construction surfaces. This versatile, self-leveling material flows with the contour of an applied substrate and bridges cracks up to 1/8 inch. UV and hydrolytically stable, Ultra-Flex 5000 will not degrade or become brittle over time or from exposure to harsh climates. Excellent elongation properties allow for contraction and expansion. Available as a liquid or paste. Ideal for a wide variety of industrial applications including chemical tanks, waste water, and potable water containment.

Ultra-Flex 6800
This high-gloss, heat-resistant, and chemical-resistant elastomeric product is engineered from a two-component polyurethane. Ultra-Flex 6800 is UV stable and will not dull or discolor in direct sunlight. Highly abrasion resistant, Ultra-Flex 6800 adheres to wood, masonry, concrete, and metal. With color additives, this product provides an excellent, highly resistant overcoat on Ultra-Flex 5000.

Asphalt Repair
No need to mobilize large crews and equipment, Aquaphalt is simply poured into the area to be repaired, leveled with a rake or trowel, sprinkled with water and compacted with a hand-tamper or roller.
- Remove all loose debris and sweep clean the area to be patched.
- Place material in hole and level with a rake or shovel. Ensure that the material stands above the existing surface to allow for compaction. If the depth of the area to be patched is greater than 2.5 inches, place material in two layers.
- Soak material evenly with water; 1 quart of water per container is recommended. Excess water will not damage the material!
- Compact to a smooth finish with a hand-tamper or roller.
Even when the blacktop is wet - even when it's raining - the asphalt can be patched, with Aquaphalt!
*Note—Since Aquaphalt binds and cures with water, it should be stored in its sealed container until just prior to use to prevent it from reacting with ambient moisture.
